It is an allegory the Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter and actress Emily Kinney mines for inspirationon for her new album, the aptly titled Swimteam. Produced by Kinney’s longtime collaborator Benjamin Greenspan, Swimteam follows 2021’s Supporting Character.
